• One page is calculated as 400 Korean characters, 200 English words, 400 Japanese characters and 300 Chinese characters.
• 1 page price is charged even if it does not reach a page.
• The delivery takes generally more then three days, depending on the amount.

• 100% extra charge is claimed for a 12 hour completion. 50% extra charge is claimed for a 24 hour completion.
• The pricing structure may differ if there are numerous proper nouns or place/people names, if the translation is for a song, or if there are unique word expressions in the text.
• Additional $1 per page is applied to hand written materials.
• A separate fee may apply depending on the difficulty of the content or the language.
• A cancellation fee will apply if you request to cancel the translation after ordering. After your order, you will be charged for whatever work the translator has finished up until the cancellation.
• If the translator have finished more than half of the translation, you will be charged the full amount.
• For total fee of less than $1,000, payment should be made before the service is provided.

• The minimum booking times are 3 hours
• The fee will vary depending on the nature (level) of the interpretation and the situation.
• Personal interpreting is applied to situations where personal meeting take place.
• Relevant materials should be delivered to the interpreter at least 7 days in advance.
• Meals in general will not be subsidized.
• If the interpretation work exceed 8 hours (9:00 - 17:00) a day, you will be charged an extra 25% for each hour exceeded.
• You will be charged an extra 50% per hour on top of the standard fee for any interpretation work performed from 23:00 - 6:00.
• You will be charged 20,000 Korean won per hour of transportation as well (outside of a 50km radius).
• You will be charged an extra 30% of the standard fee for interpretation that takes place overseas.
• Voice recording and video recording are only allowed upon interpreter's approval.
• You will be charged an extra 50% of the standard fee for voice recording, extra 100% for video recording. (Booking day 100%, 1-3 days prior to the day 50%, 4-14 days prior to the day 30%, 15 prior to the day 10%)
• For total fee of less than $1,000, payment should be made before the service is provided.
• Payment should be made within 7 days from the service is provided. Please discuss the payment options for invoices of over $1,000.
